Melt cream cheese and butter in double boiler.
Saute shrimp, onion, pepper and celery in 2 tablespoons butter.
Mix all together and put in 3-quart casserole dish.
Top with grated cheese and cracker crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes, until bubbly.
Allow to stand for a while before serving.
Freezes well before baking.
