Blend of the Bayou Casserole
Blend Of The Bayou Casserole is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, 1 lb. peeled shrimp, 1 bell pepper, chopped, 1 can mushroom soup and 1 can mushrooms, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In nonstick skillet, melt butter and saute onion, bell pepper and celery.
Add cream cheese and melt. Stir in soup, mushrooms and seasonings.
Take off fire and add crabmeat and cooked shrimp.
Fold in cooked rice.
Pour into a 9 x 13 dish which has been sprayed with Pam.
Top with grated cheese and bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
