Blackberry Pie
Blackberry Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. sugar, 1/4 c. all-purpose flour, 4 c. blackberries, 2 tsp. lemon juice and 1 tbsp. margarine or butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Stir sugar and flour together in a large mixing bowl. Stir in blackberries.
If using frozen berries, let partially thaw. Add lemon juice.
Pastry lined 9-inch pie plate with blackberry mixture.

Bake in a 375Β° oven for 50 minutes.
If using frozen berries, cover edge of pie with foil and bake 50 minutes.
