Blackberry Pie
Blackberry Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (9-inch) deep dish pie shell, unbaked, 2 c. fresh blackberries, 1 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. quick cooking tapioca and 2 1/2 tbsp. butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
👨🍳 Instructions
Combine the blackberries, sugar and tapioca in a large bowl and let set, uncovered, for 20 minutes. Spoon into unbaked pie shell.
Cut the butter or margarine on top.
Cover with crust. Bake 15 minutes at 400°. Reduce heat to 375° and bake for 45 minutes more.
