Blackberry Cobbler is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. blackberries, 1/4 c. water, 2/3 c. sugar, 1 c. flour and 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine the first 3 ingredients in a medium saucepan.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour into an 8-inch baking pan.
Combine the remaining ingredients, mixing well.
Cut in margarine with pastry blender (or two knives) until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Sprinkle over blackberry mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve warm with Cool Whip or ice cream.
