Black Walnut Pound Cake

Tablespoons coat nuts; set aside. Cream sugar,
Crisco and margarine until smooth. Add eggs, 1 at a time until well blended.
Add sour cream, blend.
Alternate dry ingredients
Add flour and nuts; blend well.
Grease angel food cake pan and flour.
Bake at 325° for 1 hour, turn oven temperature to 300° for 1/2 hour.
Check cake last 30 minutes.
May not require that time.
