Black Walnut Fudge

Combine first three ingredients.
Cook, stirring constantly, until candy thermometer reaches 234Β°.
Remove from heat.
Add vanilla and chips until well blended, then add marshmallow cream and walnuts.
Mix well.
Pour into 2 (13 x 9-inch) pans.
Cool; cut into squares.
Makes 6 pounds.
