Mix together cookies and margarine and pat into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Reserve 1/2 cup.
Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar and add 8 ounces whipped topping.
Put on crust.
Top that with pie filling and then 8 ounces whipped topping.
Cover with reserved crumbs.
