Black-Eyed Susans
Black-Eyed Susans is an easy dinner. Made with 64 slices whole wheat bread (four 1 lb. loaves), pitted ripe olives, sliced, 3 (4 oz.) pkg. whipped cream cheese, 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice) and 1/4 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cut 64 flower shapes from bread.
Whip cream cheese; add pineapple, chopped pecans and a little pineapple juice.
Spread filling on bread.
Put top on and garnish with olive slice.
Makes 32 small sandwiches.
