Put flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt in mixing bowl.
Melt margarine in one cup of boiling water.
Pour over dry ingredients plus 1 cup of cold water.
Then add eggs and vanilla.
Beat 2 minutes.
Bake 30 minutes at 350Β° in a 10 x 13-inch pan, as it can't be removed from pan.
Batter is very thin.
