Black Bottom Cups
Black Bottom Cups is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 unbeaten egg, 1/3 c. sugar, 1/8 tsp. salt and 1 c. chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Beat together first 4 ingredients.
Stir in chocolate chips. Sift together following ingredients: flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
Add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla.
Beat until well combined.
Fill muffin cup 1/3 full with chocolate batter. Top each one with heaping teaspoonful cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with sugar and chopped nuts.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
Makes 2 dozen.
