Black Bean Dip
Black Bean Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small red onion, peeled and quartered, 1 c. loosely packed cilantro leaves, 2 cans (15 oz. each) black beans, rinsed and drained, 4 tsp. vegetable oil and 1 tsp. coarse (kosher) salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine onion and cilantro in food processor. Whirl until finely chopped.
Add beans, oil, salt, chili powder and ground hot red pepper.
Process using on/off pulses until evenly chopped (do not purΓ©e).
Scrape into bowl.
Stir in orange juice. Serve immediately or refrigerate, covered, for up to 6 hours.
