Biscuits
Biscuits is an easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. shortening, 2/3 to 3/4 c. milk and 2 c. self-rising flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Using the basic bread dough, pinch off biscuit size pieces of dough and flatten slightly in hand.
Put one-inch piece of medium sharp Cheddar cheese in the center and pull the edges up to seal well.
Place the sealed edge down in a lightly floured biscuit pan.
Bake at 450Β° for about 12 minutes.
Serve hot.
Cheese will be melted inside.
