Biscuits
Biscuits is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. self-rising flour (white lily is best), 3 rounded tbsp. crisco and 3/4 to 1 c. buttermilk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Blend Crisco into flour.
Add milk.
Stir in with a fork. When all the flour and Crisco mixture is moist, dump onto a dough cloth and sprinkle a little extra flour over this to make it manageable.
Knead lightly.
Roll out with rolling pin or pat out gently by hand.
Cut out biscuits and place on cookie sheet that is slightly greased.
Bake at 425Β° until done, but not too long.
