Biscuit Topped Italian Casserole
Biscuit Topped Italian Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 3/4 c. water, 1/4 tsp. pepper and 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Heat oven to 375Β°.
Brown ground beef and onions (drained). Stir in water, pepper, tomato paste and tomato sauce.
Remove from heat.
Stir in vegetables and 1 1/2 cups cheese.
Put biscuits on top separated, then sprinkle remaining cheese in center and around edge.
Brush biscuits with butter.
Bake for 22 to 27 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
