Biscottis
Biscottis is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. flour, 1/2 lb. margarine, 2 tsp. baking powder, 1 c. sugar and 1 tsp. anisette extract, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Mix sugar and margarine together.
Add eggs one at a time. Add anisette extract and beat until smooth, then add baking powder and flour one cup at a time.
Beat and scrape bowl until all is combined smoothly, then roll out into 3 loaves of equal size. Bake in 375° oven until golden color.
Remove and slice 1 inch diagonally and put back into 350° oven for a few moments until toasted.
