Bird's Nest
Bird'S Nest is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1 (8 oz.) container wispride cheddar cheese, softened, 1/4 c. beer, dash of garlic salt and 1 (2 lb.) loaf round rye or pumpernickel bread, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix cheese, beer and garlic salt in bowl with beater until creamy.
Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
Scoop out center of round loaf and break bread into small dip-sized pieces.
Arrange on serving dish around loaf.
Spoon cheese mixture into center of loaf.
Use bread pieces to dip cheese.
Great for an extra at parties or as a snack.
