Bird'S Nest is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1 (8 oz.) container wispride cheddar cheese, softened, 1/4 c. beer, dash of garlic salt and 1 (2 lb.) loaf round rye or pumpernickel bread, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Mix cheese, beer and garlic salt in bowl with beater until creamy.
Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
Scoop out center of round loaf and break bread into small dip-sized pieces.
Arrange on serving dish around loaf.
Spoon cheese mixture into center of loaf.
Use bread pieces to dip cheese.
