Biondi's Bruschetta
Biondi'S Bruschetta is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large italian loaf of bread, 2 large tomatoes, chop in fine little cubes, 1 large onion, chopped fine, 1 bunch parsley, chopped and 1 bunch basil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix tomatoes, onion, parsley, basil and garlic.
Cut bread in oval slices.
Pour olive oil on bread slices and spread 1 to 2 tablespoons of mixture on top.
Put in oven at 375° to 400° for 10 minutes to toast.
