Bing Salad
Bing Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can black sweet cherries, 1 small, flat can crushed pineapple, 1 1/2 c. pecans, 3 (6 oz.) cokes and 2 small boxes black cherry jell-o, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Drain off juices and crush up cheese.
Heat until cheese dissolves.
Pour over Jell-O and add Cokes slowly.
Add other ingredients after draining juices from cherries and pineapple. Add water to juices to measure 2 cups.
Chill the Cokes.
So good!
