Bing Cherry Ring
Bing Cherry Ring is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (no. 2 1/2) can bing cherries, 2 pkg. orange gelatin, 1 c. pecan meats and 1 c. muscatel wine (can use sherry), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Drain cherries and add enough water to the juice to make 2 3/4 cups.
Bring the juice to a boil and pour over gelatin. Stir until dissolved. Cool juice and gelatin, then add the wine. Chill in refrigerator until slightly thickened.
Add cherries and nuts. Pour into ring mold.
Allow to set. Excellent with avocado halves stuffed with crab or lobster salad.
