Bill Belew's Chocolate Fudge
Bill Belew'S Chocolate Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 4 tbsp. cocoa, 1 c. milk, 1 1/2 tbsp. white karo and 2 tbsp. peanut butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine sugar and cocoa.
Add milk and Karo.
Cook until a soft ball will form.
Remove from heat.
Place pan in cold water. (I put a little water in the sink not high enough to spill into pan.)
Add peanut butter, butter, vanilla and nuts to fudge and beat till thick.
Pour into buttered platter and wait till it is firm.
If you can't wait, lick the pan.
Cut into squares and serve.
