Big Orange Fudge
Big Orange Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 2/3 c. evaporated milk, 1 1/2 sticks margarine, 2 1/2 c. white chocolate morsels and 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Bring sugar, milk and margarine to a boil.
Boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add white chocolate morsels and marshmallow cream.
Mix well.
Remove 1 to 1 1/2 cups of mixture and set aside.
To remainder of mix, add flavorings and food coloring. Mix well and pour into 9 x 13 buttered pan.
Drop white chocolate by spoonfuls on top of the orange.
Swirl through with a knife. Chill and cut with knife.
