Big Mama's Chicken Pie
Big Mama'S Chicken Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large chicken (may use 4 or 5 chicken breasts), 2 c. chicken broth, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 3 hard-cooked eggs and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cut up cooked chicken; mix with broth and cream of chicken soup.
Place in baking dish and cover chicken mixture with chopped hard-cooked eggs.
(Use salt, pepper, seasoned salt or whatever seasonings you prefer.)
Mix together milk, flour and margarine; pour over ingredients in baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, in a 350Β° oven until brown (approximately 45 minutes).
