Big Batch Meatballs
Big Batch Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, 1 c. bread crumbs (oatmeal or cereal), 1 tsp. pepper, 4 lb. lean ground beef and 1 c. beef broth or water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Combine eggs, broth, bread crumbs, onion and pepper.
Let set for 10 minutes.
Add ground beef and mix well.
Shape into meatballs and place on broiler pan or other roasting rack.
Brush tops with soy sauce and bake about 12 minutes at 375Β°.
Turn if needed.
Cool and freeze in portions needed.
Great to use for spaghetti, soups or sweet and sour meatballs.
