Bible Cake
Bible Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 1/2 c. flour (1 kings 4:22), 3 tsp. baking powder (galatians 5:9), 1/4 tsp. salt (leviticus 2:13), 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon (1 kings 10:2) and 1/2 tsp. nutmeg (1 kings 10:2), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cream softened butter, eggs and sugar.
Add honey and milk. Mix all dry ingredients and add to butter mixture.
Then add dates, raisins and nuts.
Mix well.
Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
