Bi Hon(Serves 12 Or More) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 pkg. maifun rice sticks, 4 stalks celery, chunked, 2 carrots, long strips, 1/2 medium onion, chunked and 1/3 head cabbage, long strips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Soak Maifun rice sticks in cold water while preparing vegetables.
Cook meat in small amount of water until dry.
Salt may be added while cooking.
Add onion; cook a few minutes more. Add carrots, celery, garlic salt and pepper to taste.
Add rice noodles and about 1/2 cup water.
Add a little more garlic salt and cabbage.
Add enough soya sauce to give a light brown color.
Cook until water is gone.
Add some cooking oil (about 1 tablespoon) to give a slick texture.
