Beverly's Yummy Bars
Beverly'S Yummy Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (18.25 oz.) pkg. german chocolate cake mix, 3/4 c. melted butter, 2/3 c. evaporated milk, divided, 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips and 1 c. chopped walnuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Combine cake mix, butter and 1/3 cup evaporated milk.
Spread half the mixture in lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake 6 minutes.
Remove; sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts.
Combine caramels and remaining 1/3 cup evaporated milk in a saucepan and heat, stirring, until caramels are melted. Drizzle caramel mixture over cake.
Crumble remaining cake mixture on top and bake 20 minutes.
Cut when cool.
