Beverly's Sugar Cookies
Beverly'S Sugar Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1 c. powdered sugar, 1 c. margarine, 1 c. oil (wesson, crisco, etc.) and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Combine sugars, margarine and oil.
Add eggs.
Sift flour and dry ingredients.
Add vanilla.
Mix well.
Add to sugar mixture. Roll into balls the size of a walnut.
Roll in granulated sugar. Place on greased cookie sheet.
Flatten with glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 350Β° for 10 to 12 minutes.
Yields 5 dozen.
