Beulah'S Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 1 1/2 lb. hamburger, 1/2 c. onion, chopped, 1 c. tomato soup and salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Add the crackers to mixture until thick enough.
(Use aluminum foil in bottom of pan).
Pour catsup on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
