Betty's Icebox Cake
Betty'S Icebox Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. marshmallows, 2 small cans crushed pineapple, 1 pt. whipping cream, 2 bananas and vanilla wafers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Melt marshmallows in pineapple juice (drained from pineapple) in top of double boiler.
Let congeal.
Add bananas, pineapple and whipped cream.
Line 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan with whole vanilla wafers and pour filling in pan.
Sprinkle top with vanilla wafer crumbs.
