Betty's Chinese Rice
Betty'S Chinese Rice is an easy dinner. Made with 2 boxes uncle ben's long grain and wild rice (original), 1 onion, chopped, 1 bell pepper, chopped, 1 family pack meat (chicken breasts, steak, pork chops), cut in bite-size pieces (only one meat) and 1 head broccoli (if desired), steamed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Saute onion and bell pepper in a little oil.
Cook rice according to package directions.
Debone all meat and cut into bite-size pieces.
Place in a large skillet.
Fry in a small amount of oil until done.
Drain any excess oil.
Mix onion, pepper, meat and steamed broccoli.
Serve with a little soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce.
