Betty's Banana Nut Cake
Betty'S Banana Nut Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/4 c. sugar, 3 sticks softened margarine, 3 c. flour, 1 1/2 tsp. soda and 3 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Together eggs, margarine and sugar.
Add bananas. Into another together flour, salt and soda.
Add flour mixture, little a time, to sugar-butter mixture, mixing well after each addition.
Add nuts.
Pour batter into a well greased and floured angel cake pan and bake for 1 hour at 300Β°. Can be frozen.
