Mix butter, flour and walnuts together.
Grease an 8 x 13-inch glass dish and bake mixture for 12 to 15 minutes.
Mix cream cheese, 10x sugar and Cool Whip together until smooth and spread over baked crust.
Cool for 2 hours.
Mix puddings and milk together.
Add to cake and refrigerate for 1/2 hour.
Spread Cool Whip on top.
Sprinkle walnuts (chopped) on top.
Keep refrigerated.
