Better Than ? ? ? Chocolate Cake
A potluck-perfect chocolate cake soaked with sweetened condensed milk and butterscotch caramel, then topped with whipped cream and crushed Heath bars. Sticky, candy-bar indulgence in cake form.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Prepare chocolate cake according to package directions.
Bake and cool completely. When cool, poke 16 to 20 holes in cake with rounded end of wooden spoon. Spread the top of the cake with the ice cream topping.
Pour 1 can of sweetened condensed milk over ice cream topping. Chill overnight. Frost with Cool Whip. Garnish with Heath bars that have been broken into tiny pieces.
