Beth's No Carrot Stew
Beth'S No Carrot Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 can water or beer, 1 to 1 1/2 lb. kielbasa or sausage, 4 potatoes and 3 onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cut kielbasa or sausage into bits less than one-inch long. Chop onions, slice mushrooms and cut potatoes into chunks.
Put all into large pot.
Add two cans mushroom soup and 1/2 can of water or beer.
Stir and cook for 1 1/2 hours at 350Β°.
Add green beans and cook an additional 1/2 hour.
