Best Ever Rice Pudding
Best Ever Rice Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 gal. milk, 4 eggs, 2 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. butter or oleo and 1/4 c. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Pour milk into deep pot, warm milk, then add salt and butter. Bring to a boil.
Lower flame and add rice.
Cook until rice is soft and milk becomes thick.
In a separate pot, mix the eggs, sugar and vanilla, mixing well.
When the rice is soft and the milk is thick, turn off flame and mix with rice and milk, a little at a time until mixture becomes thoroughly mixed.
Allow to cool and enjoy.
Those who enjoy raisins may add raisins to this mixture when combining the mixtures.
