Best Ever Peanut Butter Fudge
Best Ever Peanut Butter Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 2/3 c. evaporated milk, 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow crème, 1 tsp. vanilla and 3/4 ??? margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Stir margarine, sugar and milk in heavy 2 1/2 to 3-quart saucepan; bring to a full boil, stirring constantly.
Boil for 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly to prevent scorching.
Remove from heat.
Gradually stir in peanut butter chips until melted.
Add Marshmallow Crème, nuts and vanilla.
Mix until well blended.
Pour into a 13 x 9-inch greased pan.
Cool. When firm, cut into squares.
Makes about 3 pounds.
