Best-Ever Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. fine bread crumbs, 1 small onion, finely diced and 1 egg, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In a large bowl, mix thoroughly 1/2 cup of the soup, beef, crumbs, onion and egg.
In a 12 x 8-inch baking pan, firmly shape meat into an 8 x 4-inch loaf.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 1/4 hours or until done.
Spoon off 1 tablespoon drippings; reserve.
In a saucepan over medium heat, heat remaining soup, water and reserved drippings to boiling, stirring occasionally.
Spoon over meat loaf.
