Best-Ever Egg Nog
Best-Ever Egg Nog is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 large egg yolks, 3/4 c. sugar, 2 1/2 c. milk (divided), 3/4 c. jim beam bourbon and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Beat egg yolks and sugar in medium saucepan.
Slowly beat in two (2) cups of the milk.
Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until thermometer registers 150Β°F. or mixture coats the back of a metal spoon.
Remove from heat; strain into pitcher.
Stir in remaining milk, Jim Beam Bourbon, vanilla and nutmeg.
Cover and chill at least 8 hours or overnight.
Sprinkle with additional nutmeg.
