Best Chocolate Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 1/2 c. sugar, 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk, a pinch of salt, 1/2 lb. butter or margarine and 3 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Melt chocolate pieces in top of a double boiler.
Add butter and vanilla.
Dip strawberries in chocolate, swirling to coat evenly.
Place on wax paper and set in cool dry place.
Make about 1 1/3 cups dip.
