Put flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cream of tartar and nutmeg in sifter.
Sift into large bowl.
Add milk; mix well. Shape into ball.
Roll out on floured board to 1/2-inch thick. Cut with 2-inch biscuit cutter.
Bake at 425Β° for 10 minutes.
Cut biscuits small.
