Berries with Honey Yogurt Cream
Berries With Honey Yogurt Cream is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt, 3/4 c. sour cream, 3 tbsp. honey and 6 c. berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, etc.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Combine yogurt and sour cream.
Spoon into a colander lined with cheesecloth or paper towels.
Place over a bowl to drain for 30 minutes.
Turn gently with rubber spatula.
Continue to let drain for 4 hours.
Transfer to a bowl.
Stir in honey and refrigerate until ready to use.
If using strawberries, cut in halves.
Makes 8 servings.
