Bernice's Sweet Potato Casserole
Bernice'S Sweet Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. mashed sweet potatoes, 1 c. white sugar, 1 1/2 sticks butter, divided, 1 tsp. vanilla and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine sweet potatoes, white sugar, vanilla, eggs and 1 stick of butter.
Mix well and place in casserole dish.
For the topping, combine brown sugar, flour, coconut, pecans and 1/2 stick of butter and mix well.
Sprinkle on top of potato mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
