Bermuda Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 large bermuda onions, sliced, 4 slices stale white bread (no crust), cubed, 3/4 c. grated cheddar cheese, 3/4 c. milk and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Parboil onions for 10 minutes.
Place in buttered casserole dish, layered with bread and cheese.
Combine milk, eggs, salt and pepper; pour over top layer.
