Ben's Favorite Casserole
Ben'S Favorite Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. diced ham, 10 potatoes, peeled, sliced thin and boiled, american cheese slices, 1/2 stick margarine and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Boil and drain potatoes.
In a 9 1/2 x 13 1/2 x 2-inch casserole dish, place ham in a layer, followed by half of potatoes.
Cover potatoes with cheese slices.
Repeat potato and cheese layers, adding salt and pepper, as desired.
Dot with margarine.
Pour milk over top.
May add more milk, if you like. Bake at 350Β° until cheese has melted and milk is bubbly.
