Bella Asparagus
Bella Asparagus is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. asparagus spears, cleaned and trimmed, 3 tsp. wine vinegar, 1/2 c. olive oil, 1 tsp. parsley flakes and 1/4 tsp. garlic powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Steam asparagus until tender-crisp; drain.
Make dressing with oil, vinegar, garlic powder, parsley flakes, salt and pepper. While asparagus is hot, layer half the spears in a deep dish. Sprinkle half the chopped eggs and bacon bits over asparagus and half the dressing.
Make a second layer of asparagus spears.
Top with remaining chopped eggs, bacon bits and dressing.
Serve at room temperature or chill.
