Beet Salad
Beet Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small pkg. raspberry jell-o, 1 c. boiling water, 2 tsp. chicken bouillon granules, 3 tbsp. cider vinegar and 2 tsp. horseradish, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Bring water and bouillon granules to boil; continue boiling until granules are dissolved.
Remove from heat and dissolve Jell-O, stirring constantly 2 minutes.
Place beets with juice in blender and use the "chop" cycle.
Mix all ingredients and add to Jell-O.
Chill until set.
