Beet Pickles
Beet Pickles is an easy dinner. Made with 4 c. vinegar, 4 c. sugar, 4 c. water and pouch of 1 tbsp. pickling spice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Boil vinegar, sugar, water and pickling spice.
Drop cooked and peeled beets into boiling solution and leave until hot through and through.
Remove beets.
Place in jars.
Fill jars with hot solution.
Wipe top of jars with paper towel and seal.
