Beer Soup
Beer Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. finely chopped onion, 1 minced garlic, 1 tbsp. parkay stick, 1 lb. velveeta, cubed and sliced green onions (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook and stir 1/2 cup onion, garlic and Parkay in a large saucepan on medium-high heat until tender.
Reduce to medium-low heat.
Add Velveeta cheese, milk, beer, hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
Cook, stirring constantly, 5 minutes or until Velveeta is melted and soup is hot.
Pour into 4 serving bowls; sprinkle with sliced green onions.
